Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do your electronic products come with a warranty?
Yes, all CAZ 3D hardware and electronic components come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, electronic components must be in their original packaging and unused. A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened 3D printer units.
Are your 3D printing filaments compatible with other printer brands?
Absolutely. Our premium filaments are manufactured to a high tolerance of +/- 0.03mm and are compatible with any FDM printer that uses 1.75mm or 2.85mm diameter material.
